    Role and Responsibilites:
    • Advanced Fermentation Techniques: Utilize your expertise in fermentation processes to lead the cultivation and optimization of microbial cultures within fermenters. Employ your deep understanding of fermentation conditions and parameters to drive successful outcomes.

    Role and Responsibilites:
    • Mechanical Design: Design mechanical parts, systems, assemblies and perform engineering calculations as required to ensure parts/systems/device meets design goals.
    • Prototyping: Efficiently fabricating, building, and modifying mechanical parts and assemblies per the bill of material and assembly drawings while using hand and power tools.
    • PLC/Microcontroller Programming: Perform PLC/controller I/O, motion, and functional testing for system/device to ensure proper wiring and functionality.
    • Experimentation and Testing: Design and conduct experimentation and testing of prototypes, devices, systems.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, protocols, and results. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to colleagues and stakeholders. Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and reproducibility of produced data.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience using AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, or similar 3D design software.
    • Broad knowledge in low-voltage electrical/electronic systems and PLC/HMI programming desirable.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in common computer tools and web-based applications required.
